Once we've confirmed everything, you can proceed to place your order here.
If your custom piece is priced at $500, we require a 50% deposit ($250) to begin production. The remaining balance will be due after we share a video of your completed item for approval, before shipping.

Where do you ship to?

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all destinations worldwide at no cost. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or military bases at this time.

How long does the shipping take?

Every Le Bezel creation is handmade by in-house technicians in our studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-7 business day (including customized orders) before we ship your order, plus shipping time. The Shipping time can take 3-7 business days. So you will generally expect your product within 14 Business days.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and accurately. If a mistake has been made with your order information, contact us at contact@lebezel.com and we will do everything to correct the order.

Can I return or exchange my piece?

We gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from delivery date. A return shipping fee of $35 will be deducted from your refund to maintain fair pricing for all customers. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging with authenticity card included. Free items must be returned as well. Any loss in value due to item condition will be the buyer's responsibility.

Custom orders, personalized and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective.
